Operating in both Greece and Europe, we offer the most specialized products in modern architectural design and undertake the study, design, and implementation of unique projects. Our Company Sunprotect was established on January 25, 2018. As owners, Theodoros Kiosses and Christos Georgitzikis, we have built on our extensive experience in awnings and shading systems. Having served the shading industry for over a decade, we decided to take the next step to expand our expertise, becoming independent as Sunprotect. We aim to excel in the field of custom constructions and shading automation with innovative products like retractable roofs, pergolas, specialized automated systems, lighting, and perimeter space coverage with windbreaks, folding glass panels, aluminum frames, zips, screens, and more.
Despite being a newly founded company, we started dynamically, building a significant client base and undertaking numerous projects with a packed installation schedule up to February. This allowed us to become competitive in the broader European market through exciting projects both within and outside Greece, serving the hospitality sector hungry for new products and luxury residences with high demands.
We have created a network of valuable clients and connections through our projects and relationships. The trust we inspire in our clients, coupled with our passion for delivering excellent, unique results, has made us highly sought after. We have already surpassed significant competition due to the quality of our work, materials, and the innovations we bring to our industry.
We have come to the conclusion that in order to meet our clients' demands more quickly and become more competitive and productive, we need to invest in modern equipment. Our current tools for processing designs and rendering 3D models on computers, welding metals, cleaning materials with appropriate machinery, and ensuring security through surveillance systems are not at the level they should be. This significantly hinders our ability to grow and further develop our capabilities.
We have come to the conclusion that in order to meet our clients' demands more quickly and become more competitive and productive, we need to invest in modern equipment. Our current tools for processing designs and rendering 3D models on computers, welding metals, cleaning materials with appropriate machinery, and ensuring security through surveillance systems are not at the level they should be. This significantly hinders our ability to grow and further develop our capabilities.
- With new computers, we will create more realistic construction models, process them more efficiently with faster rendering and real-time editing, and adapt them to photos of the space, delivering a 100% accurate final result. This will reduce the time required for presenting project studies from one week to just two days.
- With the welding machine and plasma cutter, we will create new innovative components that will simplify the previously labor-intensive processes of manufacturing, assembly, and installation. This will allow us to bypass many intermediaries, reduce costs and labor time, and make us faster and more efficient in handling specialized projects.
- The cleaning machine allows us to perform the initial and primary processing and cleaning of metals more easily, using cleaning agents and sandblasting before painting. It also helps in cleaning and maintaining our constructions, as well as washing other covering materials such as awning fabrics and tarpaulins, significantly reducing effort and labor hours.
- Air conditioning is also deemed essential for our reception areas and offices, where client meetings and project studies take place. These spaces are used by us for over 12 hours daily, as a single study and proposal can take anywhere from two to seven days.
- Surveillance and monitoring systems with cameras and a networking system are also necessary. These will enhance security and communication between our facilities, as our premises are very large. They will also help bridge the departments between our offices, accounting, carpentry, metal workshop, showroom, and painting areas, enabling faster and more efficient coordination of all operations.
Through this investment, we will achieve our goals more quickly, making our work more enjoyable, easier, and productive in a safer working environment. We will also save valuable time and labor hours that are currently lost in constantly solving problems arising from our outdated capital equipment, and invest this precious time and effort into development and innovation.
